The cap sleeves are puffed at the shoulder giving nice volume. Darling styling finished with a double metal side zip at the waist. Looks handmade. CARE Hand wash hang dry CONDITION Very good vintage condition. Structurally sound, ruffle fabric is a bit dingy. Could soak out to be more vibrant. MEASUREMENTS Bust 38" Waist 28" Hips 52"
