1970s Tie-Dye Cotton Halter Top & Skirt Set pareo Arms - 25"This 1970s halter top and skirt set is made from an unlined tie dyed cotton. The halter crop top does up the front with six fabric covered buttons, and has one more button at the back of the neck. The ruffle skirt does up the left side with a metal Eclair zipper, indicating that it was likely made in France.
