Loose fitted , sheer lightweight , double layer skirt , double ruffle collar , deep V neckline, wide smocked elastic waist , loose billowy sleeves . Condition is very nice . Dress was measured across and doubled 46" hip 20" sleeve 36" bust 20 30" waist 16" shoulders 50" length.
