The fabric is a sheer black chiffon (no tags, so best guess) with burnout velvet floral design, in red, yellow, orange and green. Flowers grow larger, like a border print at the hem and on the sleeves too, very pretty! Bodice has a cowl neck, fitted bust darts and an empire waist.
