50’s Hat, Brown Velour Feather Beret 1910s skirt Buttons at shoulder1950's brown velour hat. Front and sides has little petals of fabric along the edge for embellishment. Center has a little disk with some faux rhinestones and a long feather secured. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon and covered wire placement prongs. The only condition issue is some missing clear rhinestones on the center. The fabric on the wired placement prongs is showing some wear. Inner circumference is 20 inches but most
