This is terroir driven, natural rum: the cane was hand harvested and distilled on copper crole column stills after a longer than usual fermentation lasting 115+ hours. Distillerie Poissons genuine love for rhum agricole and the island of Marie Galante pushed them to produce this intensely elegent organic rhum bottled at a
