squat lower pitchers with a wide peristome while the uppers are yellow (characteristic of its name) and infundibular

but more colorful pitchers whereas larger pitchers to are produced in shadier conditions

It produces spotted pitchers with a unique bronze hue that we've only observed from Papuan ampullaria
