On the nose it opens up with white flowers aromas of acacia and elderflower, developing to fresh stone fruit notes like juicy white peaches. On the palate this lively wine has a lot of energy and a very nice acidity. Its fine texture and elegant aromatics linger on for a pleasant refreshing finish. Blend: 50% Grenache Blanc, 30% Macabeu, 20% Grenache Gris
