Pa'Lante, 8 yr Dark Rum, Mexico, 750mL XO with promises of golden appleThis is a rum inspired by Cuban heritage and rum production methodology. The aging is unique in that they have used a combination of Mexican and American oak barrels which impart unique notes of cinnamon and spice into the familiar vanilla notes of the American oak.
