Wiston Estate Winery Blanc de Blancs - 2015 (750ml) Size:750ml black olive and this bottle(2015 vintage) "Hints of smoke, shortbread, chalk and wheat bran all seem to unite in the lemony gleam of the wine's nose. The exquisitely slender but profound palate then continues to delineate all these notions, one by one. There is detail but also unity and a concert of chalky, lemony, buttery brightness, all anchored in gorgeous, autolytic depth. This is almost like tasting salty, lemony soil. Wonderful.
