Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 ED chemistry type_Developer A solid autofocus 35mm SLRThe Nikon Coolscan 5000 ED is a high quality film scanner for 35mm film. Unlike a flatbed scanner, a Coolscan scans the film directly not through glass for maximum detail. Scan resolution is up to 4000dpi. Fully tested, this scanner includes the SA 21 slide adapter, MA 21 negative strip feeder, USB cable and power cord. Software is not included. Nikon does have software available to download for this scanner, but compatibility is spotty with newer OS
