Victorian Medusa Cameo Engagement Ring The diamonds are of GVictorian 18ct gold and helmet shell cameo depicting the gorgon Medusa with snakes coming from her hair and wings on her head. A beautiful and very collectable cameo in excellent condition. Unlike the Gorgons, she was sometimes represented as very beautiful. Circa 1870 80 Measures: 5. 9cm x 5cm
