Victorian Question Mark Stick Pin Paste This piece is lovely andVictorian rose cut diamond question mark stick pink set in silver and gold. The diamonds are set in foil back settings with a heart shaped diamond at the base of the question mark. The diamond content is approximately 45 points. Foiled back stones were used extensively in the Georgian period and into the Victorian era. A thin sheet of foil was placed behind the gemstone in order to reflect more light from the stone towards the viewer. Circa 1840 60.
