All botanicals are prepared individually and added to a combination of the wine, sugar and alcohol. Rested in stainless steel for 45 days then moved to cherry barrel for an additional aging period of approximately 2 months. INGREDIENTS: 16 different botanicals, as prescribed in an old Italian recipe; including
