Hoste Perfect Manhattan Cocktail Auchentoshen and sweet cherry lead toThe Perfect Manhattan isn't just a perfect Manhattan, it's a distinct cocktail all its own. A "Perfect" Manhattan is one made with equal parts sweet and dry vermouth, for a balanced sweet and zippy herbal element. Hoste's version uses vermouths from New York's Finger Lakes region on top of 5 year old single grain Finnish Rye Whiskey from Kyr Distillery. Cherry Bitters round it out, and a lemon zest atomizer is included the finishing off the drink once
