I can't recommend these two Champagnes from Pierre Peters highly enough
cherry and raspberry with hints of black pepper and vanilla
It exhibits a deep purple color
It contains 4% Cabernet Sauvignon and was aged for 16 months in 100% new American oak hogsheads
but youthful tannins
Le Mothe du Barry "Le Barry" - 2020 (750ml) Size:750ml I can't recommend these twoMade from a blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, all from vines older than 40 years old and completely organically farmed. The grapes and juice were fermented together for 4 weeks without any sulphur. Lots were aged for between 18 and 24 month in second fill barrels.
