This hat is a bit more heavy so i wouldn't recommend it to anyone with fine hair as you will need to secure into the hair with a comb

Blocked black sinamay fascinator base covered with French lace fabric, lined with satin, light weight the embroidered lips are raised slightly above the hat with black millinery wire to draw attention and create a more surreal look. They are backed with more black lace. The hat attaches with a comb and adjustable hat elastic.
