The lid is embellished with minutely engraved famous London landmarks Royal Festival Hall, Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Statue of Anteros, St. Paul's Cathedral and the Houses of Parliament. The landmarks and sashes are beautifully gilded, as is the whole compact mirror. The makers lacquered the brass and so it will not tarnish or need to be cleaned. The mirror gives a good and
