Antique Carved Oak Hall Table Skipworth Family Painted Royal Coat of Arms 1860 Sold As a leading figure ofA fine & rare antique carved hall table, with the Skipworth Family coat of arms, circa 1860. The table is very finely carved, the back with a carved crest of a pair of dolphins flanking a shield polychromed with the Skipworth family coat of arms. And surmounted with a coronet. The table skirt is beautifully caved with a frieze, centered with a 'Green Man' mask (representing seasonal fertility dating back to the Greco Roman period). At each corner are
