This rib measures ~11" long. These bones are salvaged from beluga that were sustainably harvested and eaten by the Inuit of the Canadian arctic. WE WILL NOT SHIP THIS BONE OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO. These require permits to move between provincial and national borders and we are not offering permit processing for these ribs.
