Access the interior push the tiny button near the hanging ring & the case glides open to reveal a vermeil compartment for a pan of powder & an aged mirror with total silver loss, which no longer reflects. The piece was assayed in London in 1906. The maker is Cohen & Charles (C & C into a chamfered rectangle). Measures 7. 2 cm x 4 cm & weighs 48. 8 grams. We believe this may be an interesting film prop
