Taking design inspiration from Serafuku; traditional Japanese school dress, the style features the classic sailor detailing, which conceals mesh shoulder panels on the front and back, as well as generating visual interest. It's cut from crisp nylon taffeta, a tightly woven yarn with exceptional wind beating and water repelling qualities. Finally, a pack away hood can
