It feels voluptuous in the mouth. Flavors of almond paste, white chocolate, cinnamon, clove and pineapple wind down to a toffee and orange zest finish. Mike DeSimone This wine is a blend of 85% Amontillado and 15% Pedro Ximenez (PX), each aged for more than 8 years.
