326g Bright Red Ammolite Fossil Specimen electric opal The crystals surface was naturallyThis naturally bright & colorful specimen is a fragment of a full ammolite fossil. Stabilizing and polishing these specimens is typical from this source. This piece is very bright and is double sided showing colors of mainly red and orange on both sides. This is a self standing piece and does not require a prop. I acquired this piece in September of 2022 during my trip to the ammolite mines in Canada. An outstanding specimen from the locality.
