Three low profile knobs, thumbscrew (with standard 1 4" thread) for camera mounting. With the exception of the knobs, it's all metal. Cosmetic condition is very good, with minor paint wear and a missing trim piece on the base (the round bit that covers up the screws on the pivot.) No effect on function of course.
