It is a replacement blade that fits perfectly onto the squeegee assembly on the rear of the IPC Eagle 28" & 32" walk behind & ride on automatic floor scrubbers. For a completely new squeegee assembly that replicates what you received with your new scrubber, you'll also have to order a new rear
