Bordiga Bitter Liqueur Cascahuin Tahona Blanco Tequila festooned in lūʻau kitschThis bitter liqueur is primarily made from the flower and roots of Gentian and citrus peels from Turin at the foot of the Italian Alps. The result is vibrant and far less sweet than comparable red bitters and finishes with a lovely warming spice. It is used in classic cocktails such as the Negroni and the Americano, and is delicious by itself with a splash of soda.
