The Center Dee makes it easier to hook the leash. 5 8" collar plus padding makes a good collar for the smaller dogs. To get the proper size, measure the dog's neck and add 2 inches. That size will fit in the middle hole. We use five holes in our collars. Fitting Instructions: Tory collars have increments of 2", and five holes in each collar. For a proper fit (at
