Ingredients: Green Tea Leaves*, Lemon Balm (from the homestead!), Blue Corn Flower*, Lemon Peel*, Lemongrass*, Yellowdock*, Nettle* *=organic contains caffeine Directions: To make the perfect cup, use one heaping* teaspoon (if a teaspoon is 5 ml, do 8 ml) of herbs into freshly boiled water (preferably between 195 203F) and let sit for 7 10 minutes. Strain & enjoy!
