CANNERY DOCK #1 RAVEN and to this lovely hangingPrint size: 11 1 4" x 17" This piece shows a gillnetter selling his fish at the cannery or cold storage, where the dock workers hoist the fish up in the brailer bags from the fish hold. The dock, like many old Alaska docks, has lots of old piping and other forgotten stuff underneath, and the pilings are covered with barnacles and mussels.
