The petioles are extremely hairy and the leaf shape and petiole attachment angle bring to mind a snake before it strikes

It was originally bred by Mathew Soper of Hampshire Carnivorous Plants in the UK

It comes in all color combinations and sizes and we at Carnivero have 40+ different clones in our collection
