Montevertine Toscana Rosso 2022 Emilia-Romagna which are meticulously distilled toOriginally produced as a Chianti Classico Montevertine from 1971 1981, its now simply known as Montevertine since their exit from the Chianti Classico Consortium in 1982. Made from 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo, and 5% Colorino, the wine is fermented in concrete tanks for 21 days and then aged in Slavonian and Allier oak barrels for two years, with an additional three months in bottle. A rich red wine full of dark red fruit notes, rose petal, mint, and
