The gins uniqueness comes from the tomato, light and well balanced spring water from the Dolomites, and traditional and artisanal distillation in old copper stills. Begins with a burst of juniper fragrance. Then the sunny Mediterranean essence of the tomato, followed by notes of rosemary, mint, basil, and then citrusy and balsamic notes.
