This 4 barrel blend of 8 year Straight Bourbon Whiskey is proofed at 116. A portion of the blend was bouble barreled in new charred oak for over 2 and a half years. As always, barrel strength and unfiltered. Tasting Notes: Raspberry jam and mixed berries. A touch of white chocolate and light oak with a blooming finish.
