Tenuta Santa Maria di Gaetano Bertani 'Lepiga' Soave - 2022 (750ml) Chorey-les-Beaune dried fruit91 points Falstaff Pale straw yellow with green flecks. On the nose it shows with notes of pear and some white melon. On the palate there is a nice display, sweet fruit fullness, spreads well, salty on the finish. Winemaker's Notes Our Soave is a varietal white wine produced from the Veronese Garganega grape, from low yield vineyards and hand harvested at three different ripeness levels. A careful fermentation in stainless steel tanks is followed by
