His work is deeply influenced by the Japanese concept of Kanky Ongakuor environmental musicwhich focuses on crafting soundscapes that help the listener connect with their surroundings. Much of Quinn Redmonds music draws from the work of composer Satoshi Ashikawa, who described his work
