The jimadores harvest 100% Blue Weber agave pias grown on the distillery grounds. The harvested pias are cooked in pressurized clay ovens before advancing to the distillery for further cooking, filtration, and distillation. TCapri Tequila Reposado is aged for 6 months in American white oak barrels
