Grapes include Ferno Pires, Arinto and Vital, among others. The sum of these grapes is a brightly lemon scented wine with loads of saline, mineral character. It just cries out for a plate of fried sardines with fresh lemon, though any seafood will make this wine sing. Bring on your bright sharp salad dressings,
