Wray and Nephew Appleton Estate, with notes of molasses on the nose, just behind ripe fruit and sugar. Adds a just a touch of funk to cocktails, with a pronounced banana note. An essential ingredient in authentic Jamaican punches, as well as the Wray and Ting, Jamaica's proprietary highball of overproof and grapefruit soda.
