Narupa Vinos 'Caneco' Albariño Rias Baixas, 2024 reposado tempered by consistent oceanic fogThis wine is made from 100% Albario. We would pair it with fried shrimp tacos. Caneco, meaning "clay jar" is inspired by one the winemakers' grandfather used to make wine at home. This wine is not fermented in clay, but rather in stainless steel, where it is also aged for 10 months, and an additional 3 months in bottle. Notes of freshly cut grass, with some herbal and balsamic qualities. It has a certain coastal lightness, with tension and a backbone
