Victorian Oak Tree Heraldic Signet Ring cartier The OuroborosDATE: Victorian, c. 1870 "Mighty oaks from little acorns grow!" An incredible Victorian signet ring set with an intaglio carved banded agate panel. The heraldic crest depicts an oak tree alongside the Latin motto "Quercus Floreat", or "let the oak flourish".
