It is a vintage piece made in the 1970-80 era by Royal Doulton and I purchased it 8-10 years ago from a dealers vintage (but unused) stock

There is a tiny pin sized ink spot on the front as shown

Italian Fishing & Lake Scene Antique Wedgwood Black Transferware Plate Embossed Border Wedgwood Made in the USAVintage Wedgwood Patrician Plate Black Transferware These plate depicts an Italian European alpine fishing scene with Column ruins, sail boats, rivers and fishing boats in the waters. It has a lovely embossed border with various flowers such as thistle, Morning Glory and ferns with a thin scrollwork and a band of green around each side of the border. So pretty!! Measures: 8 1 2" Condition: No chips or cracks, some crazing Marked on back as shown:
