This old vine wonder of a Riesling reflected early tasting notes of "herbs, forest floor, quince, and silky." An enduring rich finish continue to bloom on the palate. Pair with Thai or Vietnamese dishes with lime, herbs, gentle chilli and maybe a sweet sour element (e. g., green mango salad, lemongrass prawns) or simple yellowtail scallion roll from the local sushi bar.
