Fattoria San Lorenzo 'Campo delle Oche' Bianco, 2020 korean liqueur and smashed potatoes fried inThis wine is made from selected old vines of Verdicchio. It is aged for a whopping 36 months 30 months in a combination of stainless steel and concrete, and 6 months in bottle. As a result the citrusy and herbaceous Verdicchio gains a strength in texture that really makes this a seriously complex bottle of wine. Pair with white meats, game, or lighter red meats like roasted duck and sit back to enjoy a wine from one of Marche's finest.
