2020 Mont Rose Size:750 ml 100% barrel fermentedWe allow the grapes to hang on the vine to reach full flavor potential. Then we harvest, crush and ferment until dry. Using our proprietary, state of the art technology, we gently pull the alcohol from a portion of the wine, leaving behind an alcohol free product.
