Scar of the Sea Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir Bassi Vineyard, 2023 bourbon cask and ages its wines inA taste of Alsace from the Pacific Coast, this split cepage of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir shows you some of the innovation coming from the young minds of California. In between a light red and a dark ros, this wine is filled with tart red cherry, pomegranate, hibiscus, white pepper, and silky tannins. We recommend pairing this with coq a riesling in honor of its Alsatian inspiration.
