Mataburro Quartet Blanc Orange Wine 750ml (11.5%) South Africa and Allen (DIPA)Grenache Gris and Viognier from Rivesaltes, France. Tropical fleshy saline grippy. The Grenache Gris is left on its skins to provide a beautiful copper hue and a salty mineral edge, while the Viognier is pressed directly to maintain freshness. It is a collaborative cuve made using fruit from neighbouring organic growers, fermented entirely with indigenous yeasts.
