Domaine NOAH 'Bramaterra Salero' Coste della Sesia DOC, 2018 (1.5L) coast or veal stew90% Nebbiolo, and 10% Croatina, Vespolina and Uva Rara, from four separate lieux dits of sharp volcanic and sandy soils in Alto Piemonte. Fermentation takes place in large 80 hectoliter barrels, where it rests before being racked into slightly smaller barrels for a whole year. Bottled without fining or filtration. This is just like your classic Piemontese Nebbiolo, but with broader shoulders and brighter fruit that certainly compete for attention with
