1960s Sapphire & Diamond Scrolled Boat Ring Size:8.75 The principal 3DATE: Vintage, c. 1960 Superb Portuguese sapphire and diamond boat ring with gorgeous scrolled gallery. Quite unusually, it's crafted in 19k (800 fineness) gold the standard in Portugal during the majority of the 20th century (specifically from 1938 to 1984). It's handmade, with delicate use of openwork and bold engraving. Circa 1960. STONES Natural Blue Sapphire Brilliant Cut Diamonds total weight approx. 20pts MEASUREMENTS Head: 18. 3 x 6. 9mm Width
