Masseria Li Veli 'Askos' Verdeca Salento IGT, 2022 imperial stout a white wine from CahorsThis wine is made from 100% Verdeca. We would pair it with Orata alla Barese, or "sea bream Bari style", with oven roasted potatoes and cheese. The wine is floral and herbaceous, with crisp acidity and lush tropical fruit notes of kiwi and blood orange. It is bright, refreshing, and ready to drink! Masseria Li Veli features little known native grape varieties of Puglia in its Askos line. Not much Verdeca is grown in Puglia, and almost none outside the
